Before your trainee takes control of an aircraft for the first time, have then perform these steps to understand how the aircraft works, safety requirements and ensure the aircraft is in good working condition.
Step 1 - Crew
Are all crew fit, healthy and well rested?
Are any crew members suffering from the after-effects of alcohol or drugs?
Are all crew wearing the correct uniform for flight?
Step 2 - Aircraft Inspection
